"The beds are comfortable, the Internet free and the staff friendly" at this suburban mid-rise with "nice landscaping", an outdoor pool and a 24-hour fitness center; less invigorating are the lack of enough employees at the front desk ("the lobby can get very crowded during check-in"), "overpriced food" and "too-small" bathrooms; others point out that renovations haven't done enough to "hide the age and wear", leaving some rooms feeling "incomplete."

I got the lousy room from Marriott. The heater's thermostat didn't work for two nights. I complained to front desk but they didn't fix the heater. The bed is lumpy and I got a stiff back in the morning. ...read more

The entrance to the hotel from interstate was dangerous.

They needed to upgrade the bathroom with new wall paper and by repairing the cracks in the ceiling.

The hotel was very pleasant we satisfactory parking and good access to the freeway. They need to say go north on I35 south to the hotel from the airport instead of saying take I35 south. It was a good stay. ...read more
